DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Areas We deliver to selected counties in Ireland.  Your delivery eligibility will be confirmed at checkout. For deliveries outside of Connaught please contact the store directly before making any purchases

Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing time: 3 - 4 weeks, sometimes longer.
  • Delivery time: 1-2 weeks after processing (varies by location)
  • You will be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery date once your order is ready

Delivery Method All deliveries are handled personally by Carrowkeel Furniture. We take care to ensure your furniture arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Delivery Charges Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. For deliveries outside of Connacht please contact the store directly before making any purchases.

What to Expect

  • We will contact you to arrange a delivery window
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Our team will bring items to your preferred room where possible
  • Please ensure clear access for large furniture pieces

Damaged or Missing Items Inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report any damage or issues within 48 hours by contacting us at info@carrowkeelfurniture.com

CLICK AND COLLECT POLICY

Collection Only Click and collect means you collect your order from our location. This is not a delivery service. Orders placed for click and collect must be collected in person by the customer.

 Collection hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm

How It Works

  • Select "Pick up" or "Click and collect" at checkout
  • We'll notify you when your order is ready (typically 3-4 weeks for larger items)
  • You must collect within 30 days of notification
  • Bring your order confirmation and valid ID
  • Ensure you have appropriate transport for furniture items

Important: No Delivery for Click and Collect Orders If you select click and collect at checkout, you are committing to collect the items yourself. We do not offer delivery for click and collect orders.

Customers who select click and collect but subsequently request delivery will need to:

  • Cancel the original order and place a new order with delivery, OR
  • Arrange their own collection as originally agreed

Right to Cancel We reserve the right to cancel any click and collect order where the customer fails to collect within the specified timeframe or requests delivery after selecting collection. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to our refund policy.

Uncollected Orders Orders not collected within 30 days of notification may be cancelled and restocked. A refund will be issued.
